摘要
采用动态硫化手段制备合成杜仲胶(TPI)和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的新型热塑性弹性体,制备了不同橡塑比的弹性体,通过动态热机械分析、扫描电镜、门尼黏度仪、转矩流变仪和力学性能测试等手段,探究制备的TPI/LLDPE热塑性弹性体的基本性能。结果表明:当橡塑比为RP/73时,塑料与橡胶的分布形态最理想,而综合性能也较好,拉伸强度为10.06MPa,断裂伸长率为279%,加工门尼黏度为22.61,邵氏硬度D为42,断裂回弹率为80.86%。
The dynamic vulcanization was used to prepare new thermoplastic elastomer(TPE)of synthetic gutta percha(TPI)and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE).By preparing elastomers with different rubber-to-plastic ratios,dynamic thermomechanical analyzer(DMA),scanning electron microscope(SEM),mooney viscometer,torque rheology were used.The basic properties of the prepared TPI/PE were explored.The results shown that when the rubber-to-plastic ratio was RP/73,the distribution of plastic and rubber was the most ideal,and the overall performance was also better.The tensile strength was 10.06 MPa,the elongation at break was 279%,and the processed mooney viscosity was 22.61,the shore hardness D was 42,and fracture rebound rate was 80.86%.
