摘要
论述乡村阅读服务的功能及发展,阐述智慧图书馆服务在乡村阅读中的定位及制约因素,进而从五个方面提出智慧图书馆服务乡村阅读的优化路径:整合社会资源,建设“一站式”智慧阅读平台;深入挖掘地方文化特色,树立村民文化自信;打造智慧阅读服务品牌,提高阅读服务效益;培养读者的阅读习惯,提升阅读素养;创新人才队伍建设,提供专业服务保障。继而展开实践探索,积极探讨智慧图书馆阅读服务在乡村的应用,推进智慧图书馆服务机构对接乡村,扩大优质阅读服务覆盖面。为广大读者提供高质量的智慧阅读服务和文化教育,以期在乡村形成终身学习的理念,发挥图书馆文化育人、终身教育的社会功能。
This paper discusses the function and development of rural reading service,and elaborates the positioning and restrictive factors of smart library service in rural reading.Five aspects are proposed as optimized path for smart libraries to serve rural reading:to integrate social resources and build a“one-stop”smart reading platform;to examine local cultural characteristics and build up villagers’cultural confidence;to forge a smart reading service brand and improve reading service benefits;to cultivate reading habits and improve reading quality;to innovate the ways to nurture talent teams and to provide professional service support.It continues with the practical exploration and discusses the application of smart library reading service in rural areas,the ways to promote smart library service organizations to connect with rural areas in order to expand the coverage of high-quality reading service.Finally it proposes how to provide high-quality and satisfactory smart reading service and cultural education for readers,with a view to forming the concept of lifelong learning in the countryside,and giving full play to the social function of library in cultural education and lifelong education.
