基于临床数据中心的智能化单病种上报管理系统的设计和实现 被引量:4

摘要 目的基于临床数据中心建立单病种上报管理系统,解决医生手工填写上报单病种病例的问题。方法采用B/S架构,以POSTGRE SQL数据库,C#编程语言,并ETL、ESB、NLP等技术,建立以患者为中心的临床数据模型,通过网闸实现在医院内网将数据直接上报到国家单病种管理平台,建立单病种自动入组、采集智能化的单病种上报管理系统。结果单病种上报管理系统实现高质量数据采集,病种上报覆盖率由58.82%提升至88.24%,单病种上报迟报率由20.56%下降至9.73%,使单病种报卡工作变得便捷、单病种数据更加准确。结论系统可实现单病种上报材料集中有序管理,精准掌握诊疗过程中各个环节的数据资料信息,为医院的单病种管理持续改进提供技术和数据支持,保障医院内部主机和数据安全,提高了管理效率、降低了管理成本,有助于实现医院医疗质量控制的精细化管理,有利于医学科研和卫生决策。 Objective To establish a single disease reporting management system based on the clinical data center to solve the problem of doctors filling in and reporting single disease cases manually.Methods Using B/S structure,POSTGRE SQL database,C#programming language,ETL,ESB,NLP and other technologies,the patient-centered clinical data model was established.Through the network gateway,the data was directly reported to the national single disease management platform through the hospital intranet,so as to realize the automatic grouping of single diseases and the collection of intelligent single disease reporting management system.Results The single disease reporting management system realized high-quality data collection,the coverage rate of disease reporting increased from 58.82%to 88.23%,and the delayed reporting rate of single disease reporting decreased from 20.55%to 9.23%,making the card reporting work of single disease more convenient and the data of single disease more accurate.Conclusion The system can realize the centralized and orderly management of single disease reporting materials,accurately grasp the data information of all links in the diagnosis and treatment process,provide technical and data support for the continuous improvement of the hospital’s single disease management,ensure the security of the hospital’s internal host and data,which it can improve the management efficiency,reduce the management cost,help to achieve the fine management of the hospital’s medical quality control,and be conducive to medical research and health decision-making.
