摘要
为研究不同造林初植密度对马尾松林下植被与土壤变化特征的长期影响,以广西凭祥伏波实验场31 a生马尾松密度试验林为研究对象,分析4种不同造林密度(A:1667株/hm^(2);B:3333株/hm^(2);C:5000株/hm^(2);D:6667株/hm^(2))林下物种组成、物种多样性、土壤养分以及土壤酶活性的变化规律。结果显示:(1)共记录到林下植物96种,隶属52科90属,灌木层物种种类多于草本层,不同密度下灌木、草本层中的优势种植物变化不显著。(2)林下植被Margalef丰富度指数、Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数以及Pielou均匀度指数均呈现随造林密度增大逐渐降低,各指数以A密度下最大。(3)土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮含量、以及脲酶与过氧化氢酶活性存在显著差异(P<0.05);除全钾含量和蔗糖酶酶活性在A密度最大外,其余各项土壤养分指标均是B密度最大;土壤全钾含量和蔗糖酶活性与林下植物多样性指数的相关性最密切。结果表明:造林密度在3333株/hm^(2)及以下更有利于林下植物多样性的发展以及土壤肥力长期维持,可为合理造林密度确定及马尾松人工林长期可持续经营提供科学依据。
To study the long-term time effects of different planting densities of Pinus massoniana on understory diversity and soil nutrients,the changes of species composition,understory plant diversity,soil nutrients and soil enzyme activities under four different afforestation densities of A(1667 trees/hm^(2)),B(3333 trees/hm^(2)),C(5000 trees/hm^(2))and D(6667 trees/hm^(2))in the 31-year-old masson pine plantation in Fubo experimental field of Pingxiang,Guangxi were studied.The results showed that the understory vegetation were composed by 96 species,belonging to 52 families and 90 genera at 4 densities.The species in shrub layer were more than that in herb layer.The dominant species in shrub and herb layer do not change under different densities.The Margalef richness index,Simpson index,Shannon-wiener index,and Pielou evenness index in shrub and herb layer decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of densities,and which were the largest at the density of A.The contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen and the activities of urease and catalase were significantly different(P<0.05).The other soil nutrient indexes were the largest in density B,except that the total potassium content and sucrase activity were the largest in density A.Total potassium contents and sucrase activity were the most closely related to plant diversity.In conclusion,the afforestation planting density of 3333(trees/hm^(2))and below are more conducive to the development of understory plant diversity and the long-term maintenance of soil fertility.This conclusion can provide a scientific basis for the determination of reasonable afforestation density and the long-term sustainable management of P.massoniana plantation.
