基于激光选区熔化成形的注塑模3D打印随形冷却水道成形研究

摘要 以解扣器座模芯随形冷却水道镶件为例,采用像素体网格和固有应变方法对18Ni300马氏体时效钢激光选区熔化成形随形冷却水道性能开展数值模拟仿真及实验研究。结果表明:激光功率为240W,扫描速度为1100mm/s,铺粉厚度0.03mm,扫描间距0.1mm情况下,18Ni300试样沉积态抗拉强度1176.8MPa,热处理后抗拉强度1962.2MPa。采用该方法进行的模具随形冷却水道试制件热处理后表面硬度达到52HRC,表面无明显缺陷,抛光可达B1级。采用随形冷却水道解扣器座模芯镶件后,解扣器成形周期由原来的30s减少到25s。 The selective laser melting(SLM)formability of 18Ni300 was studied by taking the die core of release holder as an example.The results show that when the laser power is 240 W,the scanning speed is 1100 mm/s,the powder thickness is 0.03 mm,and the scanning distance is 0.1 mm,the tensile strength of 18Ni300 as deposited sample is 1176.8 MPa,and the tensile strength after heat treatment is 1962.2 MPa.After heat treatment,the surface hardness of the sample with the cooling channel can reach 52HRC,the surface has no obvious defects,and the polishing can reach grade B1.The forming cycle of the part is reduced from 30s to 25s after the cooling channel is used.
