阿里地区紫穗槐引种栽培试验效果分析

摘要 为解决阿里地区荒漠化防治中可利用灌草资源相对短缺的问题,以陕西省援藏项目为依据,于2015—2018年在阿里地区开展紫穗槐(Amorpha fruticosa)引种栽培田间对照试验,设置土壤改良(T1)、覆膜加土壤改良(T2)、保水剂加土壤改良(T3)3个试验区,以阿里地区野外(CK1)和榆林常规栽植(CK2)作对照,系统分析不同处理组和气象因子(气温和降雨量)对紫穗槐成活率、保存率及新梢生长量的耦合关系。结果表明:(1)阿里地区紫穗槐成活率和新梢生长量T2>T3>T1>CK1,两两差异显著(P<0.05),覆膜加土壤改良条件下,紫穗槐成活率84.81%,新梢生长量32 cm。(2)阿里地区紫穗槐保存率T3>T2>T1>CK1,两两差异显著(P<0.05),保水剂加土壤改良条件下,紫穗槐保存率79.45%。(3)阿里地区与榆林沙区紫穗槐新梢生长量与气温、降雨量均呈正相关关系,阿里地区7—8月雨季期间,新梢生长量主要由降雨量主导。阿里地区引种紫穗槐具有可行性。 To solve the problem of relative shortage of available irrigation and grass resources for desertification control in Ali region,based on the Shaanxi Province-Tibet Aid Project,a controlled field trial of Amorpha fruticosa introduction and cultivation was conducted in Ali region from 2015 to 2018,with the following three experimental groups set up:soil improvement(T1),mulch plus soil improvement(T2),water retention agent plus soil improvement(T3).With field(CK1)in Ali and conventional planting(CK2)in Yulin as controls,this paper systematically analyzed the coupling relationships between different treatment groups and meteorological factors(temperature and rainfall)and the survival rate,retention rate and new growth of A.fruticosa.The results showed as follows:(1)the survival rate and new growth of A.fruticosa in Ali area were T2>T3>T1>CK1,with significant differences(P<0.05),and the survival rate of A.fruticosa was 84.81%and new growth was 32 cm under the conditions of mulching plus soil improvement;(2)the preservation rate of A.fruticosa in Ali area was T3>T2>T1>CK1,with significant differences(P<0.05),and the preservation rate of purple locust was 79.45%under the condition of the water retention plus soil amendment;(3)the new growth of A.fruticosa was positively correlated with temperature and rainfall in Ali area and Yulin sand area,and the new growth was mainly dominated by rainfall during the rainy season of July-August in Ali area.Thus it was feasible to introduce A.fruticosa in Ali area.
