高铁效应对长三角区域经济一体化的影响及差异性研究——基于经济周期协同性视角 被引量:3

Influence and Difference of High-speed Rail Effect on Regional Economic Integration in Yangtze River Delta——From the Perspective of Business Cycle Synergy

摘要 完善长三角高铁网络对长三角区域经济一体化进程具有强有力的推动作用。基于2001—2020年长三角地区26个城市的相关数据,从经济周期协同性视角测度长三角区域经济一体化进程,将多期DID模型与分位数回归结合,就高铁开通运营对长三角区域经济一体化的影响进行实证研究。研究发现:整体看,长三角区域经济一体化进程可大致分为3个阶段;分区域看,长三角经济一体化具有明显的内部差异;高铁建设运营能显著推进长三角区域经济一体化进程;高铁效应对长三角区域经济一体化的促进作用存在显著的分位数差异,高铁开通对低一体化水平城市发展的推动效应显著强于高一体化水平城市。 Strong infrastructure of the high-speed railway in the Yangtze River Delta plays an important role in advancing the integration level of the Yangtze River Delta.According to the relevant data of 26 cities in the area from 2001 to 2020,from the view of business cycle synergy,this paper measured the process of regional economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta and made an empirical study on the impact of the operation of high-speed rail on regional economic integration in the district by combining multi-stage DID model with quantile regression.The study finds that:on the whole,the process of regional economic integration in the region can be roughly divided into three stages;viewed separately,the process of regional economic integration has obvious internal differences;the construction and operation of the high-speed railway plays an important role in promoting the integration of the zone;there are significant quantile differences in the role of high-speed rail effect in promoting regional economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta,the effect of high-speed rail on cities with low integration level is significantly stronger than that of cities with high integration level.
