摘要
柔性透明导电薄膜(FTCF)是光电产业链里十分重要的材料,也是柔性显示技术的突破口。石墨烯是一种片层厚度小、理论导电性高的二维材料,且能在一定程度上匹配树脂材料的柔性特性,因此石墨烯/聚合物FTCF成为光电材料领域内的研究热点。本文综述了近年来石墨烯/聚合物FTCF的研究进展,重点讨论其关键特性、制备方法及重要应用等,并对相关研究进行了总结和展望。可以预见,随着石墨烯产业的日趋成熟及人们对柔性显示设备的需求增加,石墨烯/聚合物FTCF必将在各个领域发挥更重要的作用。
Flexible transparent conductive film(FTCF)is a very important material in the optoelectronic industry chain,and is also a breakthrough of flexible display technology.Graphene is a two-dimensional material with small sheet thickness and high theoretical conductivity,which can match the flexibility of resin material to a certain extent,and therefore,graphene/polymer FTCF has become a research hotspot in the field of optoelectronic material.In this paper,the research progress of graphene/polymer FTCF in recent years was reviewed,and its key characteristic,preparation method and important application were emphasized.Finally,the related researches were summarized and prospected.It could be predicted that with the maturity of graphene industry and the increasing demand for flexible display device,graphene/polymer FTCF would play a more important role in various fields.
