摘要
目的以全国首创健康列车为例,构建护理整体健康观背景下行业健康文化与教育实践的管理体系。方法采用问卷调查方法调查铁路员工健康文化、健康需求,采用德尔菲专家咨询方法,利用现有健康列车实践经验,构建铁路沿线职工疾病预防、健康教育、健康管理实践体系。结果铁路职工对常规保健中健康生活方式的知晓率约为87.34%~91.81%;对职业相关危害因素保健的知晓率为51.36%~67.99%;德尔菲法两轮专家咨询回收率为91.67%、89.36%,权威系数为0.825、0.850;根据专家咨询结果确定2个一级指标,7个二级指标及18个三级指标;信效度分析提示Cronbach′sα系数为0.742,KMO系数为0.658(χ2=104.71,P<0.001),说明体系信效度良好。结论以健康列车为代表的行业健康文化与教育实践的管理体系有良好的可靠性及可行性。
Objective Taking the country's first health train as an example,to build a management system of industry health culture and educational practice under the background of the holistic view of nursing.Methods The questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the health culture and health needs of railway employees,and the Delphi expert consultation method was used.Use the existing practical experience of healthy trains to build a practice system for disease prevention,health education and health management for employees along the railway line.Results The awareness rate of railway workers about healthy lifestyle in routine health care was about 87.34%-91.81%;the awareness rate of the health care of occupation-related hazards was 51.36%-67.99%.The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation of the Delphi method were 91.67%and 89.36%,and the authoritative coefficients were 0.825 and 0.850.According to the expert consultation results,2 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 18 third-level indicators were determined.The reliability and validity analysis showed that the Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.742,the KMO coefficient was 0.658(χ2=104.71,P<0.001),indicating that the system had good reliability and validity.Conclusion The management system of industry health culture and educational practice represented by health train has good reliability and feasibility.
