摘要
根据国际海事组织(IMO)的规定,自2020年1月1日起,全球范围内的所有船舶必须使用硫含量不高于0.5%质量分数的低硫燃油。低硫燃油的全面切换对船用发动机油的结构产生了较大的影响,使得船用气缸油朝着更低碱值的方向发展,低碱值(总碱值为40mg/g)的40BN气缸油逐渐成为市场的主流。研制的低碱值长城40BN船用气缸油的理化指标满足《船用内燃机油》:GB/T38049-2019标准。对40BN船用气缸油的清净性能,分散性能,抗氧化性能与润滑/极压性能进行了考察,并与市售的CatⅠ40BN和CatⅡ100BN船用气缸油的性能进行了对比,以考察40BN船用气缸油用于低硫燃油的适配性。长城40BN船用气缸油的性能明显优于CatⅠ40BN船用气缸油,与CatⅡ100BN船用气缸油的性能相当或略优,更适用于低硫燃油的润滑需求。(图4表2参考文献7)
According to the regulations of the International Maritime Organization(IMO),from January 1st,2020,all ships in the world must use low sulfur fuel with sulfur content not higher than 0.5% by mass. The overall switching of low sulfur fuel had a great impact on the structure of marine engine oil,making marine cylinder oil develop towards a lower base number. The low base number 40BN cylinder oil(total base number of 40 mg/g)had gradually become the mainstream of the market. The physicochemical indexes of the developed Great Wall 40BN marine cylinder oil with low base number met the standard of“Marine Internal Combustion Engine Oil”:GB/T38049-2019. The detergency,dispersion,oxidation resistance and lubrication/extreme pressure performances of 40BN marine cylinder oil were investigated. The performance of 40BN marine cylinder oil was compared with that of CatⅠ40BN and Cat Ⅱ 100BN marine cylinder oil sold in the market to investigate the suitability of 40BN marine cylinder oil used in low sulfur fuel. The performance of Great Wall 40BN marine cylinder oil was obviously better than that of CatⅠ40BN marine cylinder oil,which was equivalent to or slightly better than that of CatⅡ100BN marine cylinder oil,and was more suitable for the lubrication demand of low sulfur fuel.(Charts4 Tables2References7)
