摘要
为了研究在牙龈退缩治疗中富血小板纤维蛋白的治疗效果,选取了多名患有牙龈退缩的患者共50颗患牙作为研究对象,结合实际情况将48颗患牙分为对照组和试验组,每组各25颗牙。试验组采用富血小板纤维蛋白进行治疗,对照组采取上皮下结缔组织移植术进行治疗。将治疗前及接受治疗后3、6和12个月这2组患者的根面覆盖率、龈退缩深度以及牙龈厚度进行比较分析,同时记录患者的满意度。2组在治疗前、后及治疗后3、6、12个月的根面覆盖率、龈退缩深度以及牙龈厚度等指标都无统计学差异(P>0.05);在接收治疗后的3、6、12个月时,试验组和对照组的牙龈厚度及牙龈退缩深度都与其治疗前相比,差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者满意度为100%,对照组患者的满意度只有60%,且二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,采用富血小板纤维蛋白治疗牙龈退缩在一定时期内能够保持良好的牙龈厚度和根面覆盖率。
In order to study the therapeutic effect of platelet rich fibrin in the treatment of gingival recession,a total of 50 teeth from patients with gingival recession were selected.Combined with the actual situation,48 teeth were divided into control group and experimental group,with 25 teeth in each group.The experimental group was treated with platelet rich fibrin,while the control group was treated with superior subcutaneous connective tissue transplantation.There was no significant difference in root coverage,gingival recession depth and gingival thickness in the control group before treatment and 3,6 and 12 months after treatment,that is(P>0.05).At 3,6 and 12 months after treatment,the root coverage,gingival recession depth and gingival thickness of the test group,compared with the control group,were significantly higher than their baseline levels(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 100%,while that in the control group was only 60%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The results show that platelet rich fibrin can maintain good gingival thickness and root coverage in a certain period of time.
