摘要
本文采用单片机作为控制芯片,可以控制测试仪的电流进行线性调节,同时控制AD转换器对稳压管的电流和电压进行采样,然后进行模数转换。转换结果通过LCD显示。电路还具有过流保护和蜂鸣报警功能,同时也有良好的人机界面等。采用LCD液晶屏显示电流和电压值,可测试0~50V稳压参数值,控制电流在0~50mA之间线性变化,并且具有功率保护设置。
In this paper,a single-chip microcomputer is used as the control chip,which can control the current of the tester for linear adjustment,and at the same time control the AD converter to sample the current and voltage of the Zener tube,and then perform analog-to-digital conversion.The conversion result is displayed on the LCD.The circuit also has overcurrent protection and buzzer alarm functions,and also has a good man-machine interface.The LCD screen is used to display the current and voltage values,which can test the 0~50V voltage regulation parameter value,the control current changes linearly between 0~50mA,and has a power protection setting.
