摘要 为解决海岛地区供电不足的难题,提出一种含抽水蓄能和蓄电池的双储能系统容量优化配置方案。系统以经济成本最低、碳排放量最小为优化目标,基于东海某海岛上写字楼的数据,采用基于ε约束法的PSO算法对系统模型进行求解,使用模糊决策法以得到最优的容量配置方案,并与仅含抽水蓄能和仅含蓄电池的系统进行对比。结果表明:双储能系统的经济成本、碳排放量都是最低的,双储能系统抽水蓄能的能量使用效率要高于仅含抽水蓄能系统9.7%;基于ε约束法的PSO算法求解容量配置是可行的;适当提高购电率会提高系统的碳排放,但能有效降低经济成本。 To solve the problem of island power supply,an optimal capacity configuration method for dual energy storage system with pumped storage and battery storage is proposed.The optimization goals of the system are the lowest economic cost and the lowest carbon emission.Based on the data of an office building on an island in the East China Sea,the system model is solved by PSO algorithm based on constraint,and the optimal capacity allocation scheme is obtained by fuzzy decision method.The results show that the economic cost and carbon emission of the dual energy storage system are the lowest,and the energy efficiency of pumped storage is 9.7% higher than the pumped storage system;Based on the ε constrained PSO algorithm,it is feasible to solve the capacity configuration problem;Increasing the power purchasing rate properly will increase the carbon emission of the system while can effectively decrease the economic cost.
