摘要 为了研究主被动融合试验条件下约束系统的保护功能,分别通过加速滑台试验和减速滑台试验研究了自动紧急制动(AEB)系统作用时对假人姿态和约束系统保护功能的影响。结果表明:当AEB作用时,乘员上躯干整体前倾,安全带预紧肩带对乘员肩部向下按压作用增强,座椅对臀部约束作用增强,肩带对胸部的作用强度降低;采用第50百分位HybridⅢ假人进行主被动融合试验时,若AEB制动减速度小于6.0 m/s2,约束系统匹配方式保护功能不会降低,若AEB制动减速度达到8.0 m/s2,假人头部将发生“气囊不稳定接触”,胸部有“触底”风险。 In order to study the protection function of the restraint system under active fusion test condition, the impact of Autonomous Emergency Braking(AEB) system braking on the posture of the dummy was studied by acceleration sled tests, and the impact of AEB braking on the protection function of the current restraint system was studied by deceleration sled tests. The results show that the upper torso of the passenger tilts forward as a whole under AEB braking,to increase the downward pressing effect on the shoulder of the passenger when the seat belt pre-tightens shoulder belt, and the seat strengthens the restraint effect on the hip, whereas the shoulder belt reduces the action intensity on the chest. The protection function of the restraint system matching method does not degrade when AEB brake deceleration is less than 6.0m/s2when the 50th percentile Hybrid Ⅲ is applied in the tests. When AEB braking deceleration reaches 8.0 m/s2,“unstable airbag contact”will occur on the head, and there is a risk of“out of bottoming”on the chest.
