摘要
通过微波辐照预处理,可以使矿石内部不同矿物之间产生裂纹和断裂从而有效降低矿石硬度,提高矿石碎磨效率,降低能耗。概述了微波辐照矿石的机理、微波预处理对矿石碎磨的辅助作用及矿物对微波的吸收特性、矿石吸收微波后的温度分布和升温特性等,同时对目前微波辐照辅助矿石碎磨中存在的问题进行了分析,并对微波辐照在矿石碎磨预处理中的应用场景进行了展望。
Through microwave heating pretreatment,cracks and fractures can be produced between different minerals in the ore,thus effectively reducing hardness,increasing comminution efficiency and saving energy consumption.This paper summarizes the mechanism of microwave heating ore,the effect of microwave pretreatment on ore comminution,the absorption characteristics,temperature distribution and heating characteristics of ore in microwave.At the same time,the problems existing in the application of microwave in ore comminution are analyzed,and the application scenarios of microwave in ore comminution in the future are forecasted.
