华龙一号核电站一回路水压试验超压保护分析 被引量:1

摘要 华龙一号项目一回路水压试验,在175~223 bar·g的试验平台,压力源从化学和容积控制系统(RCV)上充泵切换至应急硼化系统(RBS)水压试验泵。此时,RCV高压减压阀的意外操作或水压试验泵的意外停运会引起一回路压力瞬态变化。通过分析该压力瞬态的变化情况,有助于现场制定预防措施,防止水压试验期间一回路压力变化范围超出设计允许范围。本文采用数值计算的方法,通过对试验期间的过程参数进行定量分析,计算得出不同工况下的压力变化速率。分析结果表明:一回路水压试验高压力平台下的意外操作会导致一回路意外升/降压和RCV高压减压阀的意外开启,将产生严重的降压瞬态;为确保试验期间一回路压力变化速率满足±4 bar/min的控制目标,建议提高电源可靠性并限定RCV高压减压阀的开度区间;为防止在最高压力平台下超压,需缩短RCV高压减压阀的单个脉冲信号长度。 For the primary system hydrostatic test of HL-1000 unit,pressure equipment is switched from the emergency boration system(RBS)hydrostatic pump to the chemical and volume control system(RCV)pump during the platform of 175 to 223 bar·g.The risk regarding the potential pressure transient corresponds to the RCV pressure reducing valve spurious operated or the RBS hydrostatic pump spurious stopped.By analyzing the situation of such pressure transient,special precautions might be considered to prevent the main primary system subjected to high pressure transient during hydrostatic test.The method of mathematical calculation is used to calculate the pressure change rate under different operating conditions.The result shows that the unexpected operation under the high platform during primary loop hydrostatic test will lead to an unexpected increase or decrease of pressure.In particular,the unexpected opening of the RCV high-pressure reducing valve,which will induce a severe pressure decrease transient.In order to ensure that the primary loop pressure change rate meets the control target of±4 bar/min during the test,the power supply reliability can be improved and the opening degree of the RCV high-pressure reducing valve should be limited.To prevent over-pressure on the highest pressure platform,the RCV high-pressure reducing valve pulse length should be reduced.
