摘要
目的在突发公共卫生事件的背景下,对一线医务人员身心健康状况进行全面分析,提出合理化保障措施和健康管理策略。方法2020年1月—2022年3月,对曾参与防控处置工作的782名一线医务人员进行调查,结合健康体检部分指标,对基本状况、疲劳状况、心理健康状况等方面进行调查分析。结果参与调查的对象以女性,年龄26~40岁为主,主要分布在隔离病房、急诊急救及其他如样本采集等治疗防控岗位。参与调查的医务人员疲劳量表总得分、躯体疲劳得分及脑力疲劳得分均呈不同程度增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相较脑力疲劳,躯体疲劳程度更为明显;一线医务人员心理健康状况评分与常模比较显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在突发公共卫生事件下,一线医务人员普遍存在躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳、心理压力增大的表现,身心健康状况不容乐观。因此,要通过建立健全各类保障性政策措施,切实关心关爱一线医务人员,帮助其解决好实际困难;同时,要持续做好健康监测,保证充足的休息时间,对可能存在的生理、心理方面不适,应及时休养调整,做好人员轮替交接,确保防控处置工作顺利进行。
Objective Under the background of public health emergencies,to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the physical and mental health of front-line medical staff,and to propose rational safeguard measures and health management strategies.Methods From January 2020 to March 2022,782 front-line medical workers who had participated in the prevention and control work were investigated.Combined with some indicators of physical examination,the basic condition,fatigue status,mental health status and other aspects were investigated and analyzed.Results The subjects participating in the survey were mainly female and aged 26-40 years old,mainly distributed in isolation ward,emergency and first aid reom and other treatment and prevention positions such as sample collection.The total score,physical fatigue score and mental fatigue score of the medical staff participating in the survey all increased in different degrees,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with mental fatigue,the degree of physical fatigue is more obvious.The mental health status score of front-line medical staff was significantly higher than the norm,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under public health emergencies,front-line medical staff generally have physical fatigue,mental fatigue,and increased psychological pressure,and their physical and mental health is not optimistic.Therefore,it is necessary to establish and improve various security policies and measures,care for front-line medical personnel,and help them solve practical difficulties. At the same time, it is necessary to continue to do a good job in health monitoring, ensure sufficient rest time, and timely rest and recuperate for possible physical and psychological discomfort, and do a good job of personnel rotation to ensure the smooth progress of prevention and control work.
