摘要
目的分析探讨多部门联动机制在医院感染管理中的应用成效。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月东莞市南城医院100名医护人员为研究对象,按照不同管理方式分为两组。将2018年1—12月实施常规管理的50名医护人员作为对照组,将2019年1—12月实施多部门联动机制管理方式的50名医护人员作为观察组,评价感染管理效果,记录评价组间院内感染率。结果开展多部门联动机制前的院内感染率为8%,明显高于开展后的2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员对管理的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多部门联动机制可降低医院内感染率,同时提升医人员对感染管理模式的满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of multi-department linkage mechanism in nosocomial infection management.Methods A total of 100 medical staff in Nancheng Hospital of Dongguan City from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the different management method.The 50 medical staff who implemented routine management from January to December 2018 were used as the control group,and the 50 medical staff who implemented the multi-department linkage mechanism management method from January to December 2019 were used as the observation group.The effect of infection management was evaluated,and the nosocomial infection rate between the evaluation groups was recorded.Results The nosocomial infection rate before the implementation of the multi-departmental linkage mechanism was 8%,which was significantly higher than 2%after the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-department linkage mechanism can greatly reduce the infection rate in the hospital,and at the same time improve the satisfaction of medical staff with the infection management model.
