摘要
本文针对高空气象数据的特点,通过实际评估和查阅国内外相关资料,研制出一套基于静力学和垂直一致性检查的,适用于省级高空气象数据业务,能实现计算机自动化运行,疑误数据检测效率高的实时高空资料自动质量控制系统.高空气象数据质量控制采用基本参数检查和数据缺测检查、界限值检查、温度超绝热递减率检查、静力学检查、风切变检查等技术.该系统可以有效地提高高空气象资料的处理时效、质量,确保数据的准确性和一致性,解决滞后质量控制导致的用户在不同时间获取的观测数据质量和完整性不一致等问题.
According to the characteristics of upper-air meteorological data,this paper develops a set of real-time upper-air data automatic quality control system based on hydrostatic check and vertical consistency check,which is suitable for provincial upper-air meteorological data business.This control system can realize computer automatic operation,and has high efficiency of suspicious data detection.The control of Upper-air meteorological data quality adopts the technologies of basic parameter inspection,data missing inspection,limit value inspection,super-adiabatic lapse rate inspection,statics inspection,wind shear inspection.The system can effectively improve the timeliness and quality of upper-air meteorological data processing,ensure the accuracy and consistency of data,and solve the problems of inconsistent quality and integrity of observation data obtained by users at different times caused by lagging quality control.
