摘要
从海南省文昌市八门湾红树林土壤中分离一株产红色素菌株FIM-12,通过形态学、生理生化特征与分子生物学鉴定为赤红球菌(Rhodococcus ruber),命名为赤红球菌Rhodococcus ruber FIM-12.为考察赤红球菌提取物的生物活性,以小鼠为研究对象,通过灌胃的给药方式研究其毒性以及对免疫器官、巨噬细胞(MΦ)吞噬功能的影响.结果表明,灌胃的给药量ρ(LD_(50))>2.0 g/kg;一定质量浓度的赤红球菌提取物能增加免疫器官胸腺和脾脏的质量,提升白细胞数量,增强MΦ的吞噬活性.赤红球菌提取物的毒性低,能显著提高机体的免疫能力,具有一定的应用价值.
A red pigment-producing strain FIM-12 was isolated from Bamenwan mangrove forest in Wenchang City,Hainan Province,and is identified as Rhodococcus ruber by morphological analysis,physiological and biochemical characteristics and molecular biology analysis,it is then named Rhodococcus ruber FIM-12.To study the biological activity of the Rhodococcus ruber extract,the toxicity and the effect on immune organs and macrophage(MΦ) phagocytosis were studied by gavage administration in mice.The results show that the administration of ρ(LD_(50)) is larger than 2.0 g/kg by gavage;a certain mass concentration of Rhodococcus ruber extract could increase the mass of immune organs thymus and spleen,increase the number of leukocytes,and enhance the phagocytic activity of MΦ.The Rhodococcus ruber extract prepared by FIM-12 is with low toxicity,can significantly improve the immune function of the body,and has good application and development value.
