摘要
为实现大跨度预应力混凝土连续刚构的施工智能监测,通过智能应力测试元件收集实际工序的施工数据,并与理论值进行对比验算,开发了一种实时调整施工误差的智能施工监测技术。该技术可根据现场实际调整梁体挠度及线形拟合曲线等施工控制参数,从而修正相关数据,反向指导施工,对桥梁信息化与智能化施工有一定的实践应用意义。
In order to realize intelligent construction monitoring of large-span prestressed concrete continuous rigid structures,an intelligent construction monitoring technology with real-time adjustment of construction errors is developed by collecting construction data of actual processes through intelligent stress test elements and comparing them with theoretical values for verification.This technology can adjust the construction control parameters such as girder deflection and line fitting curve according to the actual site,to correct the relevant data and guide the construction in the reverse direction,which has some practical application significance to the bridge information and intelligent construction.
