摘要
普通雨燕飞行能力强,地面活动能力弱,无法在人工圈养状态下自主进食。本文通过对救护的普通雨燕幼鸟进行填食和和体尺指标监测,初步建立了以蜡螟幼虫、大麦虫为主粮的普通雨燕幼鸟救护技术。为保证其正常的生长发育,普通雨燕幼鸟的日采食量应保持在6.00 g以上。救护过程中应持续监测雨燕幼鸟的体尺指标和行为特征,达到放归要求后应及时进行放归。对达到放归要求的普通雨燕幼鸟和成鸟的体尺指标进行分析发现,放归幼鸟的体重、体长、翅长极显著低于成鸟(P<0.01),放归幼鸟跗蹠长显著低于成鸟(P<0.05),表明普通雨燕的生长发育在离巢前并未完成,因此不能用成鸟的体尺信息去衡量普通雨燕幼鸟是否达到放归标准,同时应尽量避免给放归普通雨燕幼鸟佩戴定位追踪器。
Common swifts(Apus apus) have strong flight capability and weak mobility on the ground, which lacking the competence of autonomous eating in captive. This study using force-feeding and body size monitoring to developed a common swift juvenile recuse technology based on a “wax-moth larva & barley pest” diet. In order to maintain the normal growth of common swift juvenile, the minimum daily feed intake should be up to 6.00 g. The body size and behavior of common swift juvenile should be constantly monitored to ensure they can be released when reach the corresponding requirement. The analysis shows that the body weight, body length and wing length of common swift juveniles were extremely significantly lower(P< 0.01) than adults, and the tarsometatarsus length of common swift juveniles was significantly lower(P<0.05) than adults, indicated the normal growth of common swift juveniles don’t stop after they leaving their nests, so the body size of common swift adults should not be used to measure whether the common swift juveniles could be released to the wild, meanwhile wearing tracking device on releasing common swift juveniles should be avoided.
