摘要
根据EN 15227:2010关于25 km/h碰撞速度的碰撞工况的规定和国内关于15 km/h碰撞速度的碰撞吸能要求,以某型城轨车辆为例,研究了使用弹性胶泥缓冲器的钩缓装置分别匹配恒阻抗压溃装置和变阻抗压溃装置的吸能效果。研究结果表明,变阻抗压溃装置方案在增加整体吸能能力、减少钩缓装置种类、缩短防爬吸能装置行程方面有明显应用优势。
According to the provisions of EN 15227:2010 on the collision case with the collision speed of 25 km/h,and the domestic requirements on the collision energy absorption of 15 km/h collision speed,taking a certain type of urban rail vehicle as an example,this paper studies the energy absorption effect of the coupler and draft gear using resilient rubber draft gear that matched with the constant impedance crash device and the variable impedance crash device respectively.The results show that the scheme of variable impedance crash device has obvious application advantages in increasing the overall energy absorption capacity,reducing the types of coupler and draft gear,and shortening the travel of anti-creeping energy absorption device.
