摘要
海港核电大件码头作为核电厂大件设备的运输路线的重要一环,对核电厂建设运营意义重大,以解决该厂的重大件设备和营运期间所需物资的运输难题。大件码头的选址建设不能只考虑平面布置、装卸工艺、运输路线等技术要点的影响,同时应从建设投资、港区发展、运营成本等方面进行分析。本文依托实际工程案例,对比某核电厂大件码头的2个选址方案,从上述影响因素对码头选址决策进行了分析。
As an important part of the transportation route for large-size equipment of nuclear power plant,bulky-piece berth has great significance value to the construction and operation of a nuclear power plant,and serves as a solution to the transportation of large-size heavy equipment and materials required for the plant’s operation.The site of bulky-piece berth should be selected by taking into account not only the impact on plane layout,handling process,transportation route and other technical essentials,but also the project investment,harbor development and operating cost.Based on actual engineering cases,a decision-making analysis is carried out by comparing two options for the site selection of bulky-piece berth of a nuclear power plant.
