Lishu County:Protecting the Treasure Land for Agriculture Cai Chunling and Zhang Lijun Lishu County in Jilin Province is a pearl of the Songliao Plain.It ranks among China's top five grain-producing counties and has been designated a model for the protection and use of chernozem soil,a type of highly fertile black earth.
