喷水推进器入口侧棱对进水管内流动影响的数值研究

摘要 本文设计了一种带有侧棱的喷水推进器进水管梯形入水口,采用雷诺时均模型和SST k-ω湍流模型对进水管内流场进行数值模拟,从整体性能、分离程度和旋流畸变三个方面对比分析了不同进速比下入口侧棱对进水管内流场的影响。结果表明,侧棱加强了入口处的涡结构,小进速比下能够减弱进水管斜坡侧的流动分离。入口侧棱对于进水管总体性能的影响主要体现在大进速比下其效率和旋流度的提升,并且能够减弱出口的旋流畸变。同时对于其他工况以及性能指标并未带来负面影响,侧棱具有提升进水管的水力性能的潜力。 A trapezoidal inlet with side ribs of waterjet intake duct was designed.The Reynolds time aver⁃aged model and SST k-ωturbulence model were used to simulate the flow field in the intake duct.The effects of the inlet side edge on the flow field in the intake duct under different inlet velocity ratios(RIV)were com⁃pared and analyzed from the aspects of overall performance,flow separation and swirl distortion.The results show that the vortex structure at the inlet is strengthened by the side edge,and the flow separation on the ramp side of the intake duct can be weakened at a low RIV.The effect of the inlet side edge on the overall per⁃formance of the intake duct is mainly reflected in the improvement of its efficiency and swirling mobility un⁃der the condition of high RIV,and in the reduction of the swirl distortion at the outlet.At the same time,there is no negative impact on other working conditions and performance indicators.In conclusion,the side edge has the potential to improve the hydraulic performance of intake ducts.
