摘要 高等教育评估中与图书馆相关的指标研究对指导高校图书馆发展具有重要意义。基于新时代教育评估项目的重要性和高校参与度,选取教育部发布的合格评估、审核评估、师范类专业认证、工程教育专业认证和医学类专业认证的指标体系/认证标准为研究对象,发现:教育评估中与图书馆相关的指标主要指向图书资源,呈现去图书馆化的趋势;对藏书数量的统计提出了以“专业”为单位细粒度评价的新要求;图书馆指标所占比重偏低,处于比较低的级别。针对图书馆参与教育评估面临的挑战,认为应在创建图书馆评估文化、创新专业馆藏资源统计方法、提升贡献度方面开展研究和实践,并建议在积极参与教育评估的同时,推动开展高校图书馆专项评估。 The research on library-related indicators in higher education evaluation is of great significance to guide the development of academic libraries.Based on the importance of the new age education assessment program and the engagement of colleges and universities,the article selects the index system/accreditation standards of qualification evaluation,audit evaluation,teacher education program accreditation,professional accreditation of engineering education,and medical program accreditation issued by the Ministry of Education as the research objects,and discovers that Cibraries-related indicators in education evaluation mainly point to book resources,showing a trend of de-libraryization;new requirements for fine-grained evaluation based on“professional”are put forward for the statistics of the number of books;library indicators are at a relatively low level.In view of the challenges faced by libraries participating in education evaluation,it is believed that research and practice should be carried out in creating a library evaluation culture,innovating professional collection resource statistics methods,and improving contribution.It is suggested to promote the special evaluation of academic libraries while actively participating in education evaluation.
