摘要
为快速准确地评价沥青混合料的均匀性,采用数字图像技术对其进行检测。提出了基于T值的整体均匀性评价指标和局部均匀性量化方法。结果表明:AC-13C和SMA-13两种沥青混合料试件截面正三角形面积比存在显著区别,后者比前者高63.15%;SMA-13截面整体均匀性量化值比AC-13C减小19.6%,SMA-13集料分布更均匀;T值可有效评价沥青混合料截面的整体均匀性,而局部均匀性t可与整体均匀性形成一定对比性。
In order to evaluate the uniformity of asphalt mixture quickly and accurately, digital image technology has been applied to detect it. The overall uniformity evaluation index and local uniformity quantification method based on value T is proposed. The results show that there is a significant difference between AC-13C and SMA-13 asphalt mixture in the area ratio of normal triangles, and the latter is 63.15 % higher than the former. Compared with AC-13C, the quantization value of the overall uniformity of SM-13 section is 19.6 % lower, and the aggregate distribution of SM-13 is more uniform. The value T can effectively evaluate the overall uniformity of asphalt mixture cross section, and the local uniformity t can form a certain contrast with the overall uniformity.
