摘要
为了全面促进武术教育的开展,解决阻滞青少年武术教育发展的难题,综合运用实地调研法、专家访谈法、质性研究法等,对青少年武术教育协同治理进行研究。提出政府、社会、市场、学校、家庭五位一体的协同治理模式,系统分析了协同治理的机制,并从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出实现方略,以期多元主体协同发力,共同解决武术教育中的桎梏,促进青少年武术教育开展及青少年的全面发展。
In order to comprehensively promote the development of Wushu education for the youth and solve the problems limiting Wushu education for the youth,this paper adopted field investigation,and qualitative research to study the collaborative governance.A five-sphere collaborative governance model of government,society,market,school and family was established.Its mechanism and strategies were proposed from macro,meso and micro aspecets in order to shackle the limitations,to promote the development of Wushu education and the all-round development and healthy growth of youth.
