摘要 为了构建基于乘客感知的公交车站立乘客面积服务水平分级,通过分析有序Logistic回归模型中因变量的类别划分条件,提出了基于乘客感知的分级临界值确定方法。以图示的方式展示公交车内单位面积乘客数,并据此开展问卷调查,获得不同站立面积下的乘客感知数据。以乘客感知为因变量、单位面积乘客数为自变量,采用有序Logistic回归模型建立模型,并采用提出的分级临界值确定方法建立了站立乘客面积的服务水平分级。所建分级中A级~F级的临界值分别为0.75 m^(2)/人、0.34 m^(2)/人、0.23 m^(2)/人、0.15 m^(2)/人、0.11 m^(2)/人。与美国的此分级对比后发现,我国乘客可接受的车内拥挤度要高于北美地区的乘客,我国乘客对拥挤的忍耐力更大。文章所建的站立乘客面积服务水平分级可用于评价公交运营中的车内拥挤状况。 This paper aims to construct level of service(LOS) criterion of standing passenger space in the bus based on passenger perception. By analyzing the classification conditions of dependent variables in the ordered logistic regression model, a classification threshold determination method based on passenger perception is proposed. The number of passengers per unit area in the bus is shown graphically, and a questionnaire survey is conducted accordingly to obtain passenger perception data under different standing spaces. With passenger perception as the dependent variable and the number of passengers per unit area as the independent variable,the model between them is established using ordered logistic regression model. The LOS criterion of standing passenger space is established using the proposed method of classification thresholds. The thresholds of grade A~F in the established LOS criterion are0.75 m^(2)/person, 0.34 m^(2)/person, 0.23 m^(2)/person, 0.15 m^(2)/person and 0.11 m^(2)/person, respectively. Comparing with the LOS criterion of standing passenger space in the United States, it is found that the acceptable in-car crowding degree of passengers in China is higher than that in North America, and Chinese passengers have greater tolerance to crowding. The LOS criterion of standing passenger space proposed herein can be used for evaluating crowding condition in the bus during operation stage.
