油井腐蚀现状及防腐技术探究与展望 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,我国油气工业发展步入快车道,油田的开发不可避免地面临井下工况愈发复杂,管材设备服役环境愈发苛刻等问题,由于井下腐蚀问题引发的事故层出不穷,为了确保我国油井安全平稳生产,保障油田开发效益,寻求高效可靠的防腐对策迫在眉睫。本文概述了国内外油井腐蚀的现状,简述了其主要的影响因素与腐蚀类型,着重介绍了当前主要的防腐技术,并对不同防腐工艺的优势进行了分析,概括了其在技术、投资及腐蚀监控与评价等方面存在的弊端和不足,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 In recent years,the development of my country's oil and gas industry has entered the fast lane.The development of oilfields inevitably faces problems such as increasingly complex downhole working conditions and increasingly harsh service environment for pipe equipment.Due to the underground corrosion problem,accidents have emerged one after another.In order to ensure the safety of oil wells in my country,it is imminent to seek efficient and reliable anti-corrosion countermeasures to stabilize production and ensure the benefits of oilfield development.This paper summarizes the current situation of oil well corrosion at home and abroad,briefly describes its main influencing factors and corrosion types,focuses on the current main anti-corrosion technologies,and analyzes the advantages of different anti-corrosion technologies.There are drawbacks and deficiencies in corrosion monitoring and evaluation.Finally,its development prospects are prospected.
