摘要
肩袖损伤是导致肩关节疼痛和功能障碍的常见原因,关节镜下肩袖修复术已成为肩袖损伤修复的“金标准”,尽管取得了令人满意的短期临床效果,但是肩袖再撕裂仍然是一个长期存在的问题,肩袖的愈合是受到生物力学和生物学共同影响的一个复杂过程,许多学者尝试利用多种方法来促进和加强肩袖腱骨愈合,其中通过足印区的准备促进肩袖愈合可能是简单有效的方法。
Rotator cuff injury is a common disease that causes shoulder pain and limitation of activity.Arthroscopic rotator cuff repair has become a "gold standard" of rotator cuff injury repair, although a satisfactory short-term clinical results have been achieved, but rotator cuff re-tear is still a long-term problems, rotator cuff healing is influenced by the biological mechanics and biology of a complex process. Therefore, researchers have tried to use various methods to improve the healing of the rotator cuff and enhance the qualityof healing.Promoting rotator cuff healing by preparing the print area can be an easy and effective way.
