基于宏程序的对刀仪自动对刀技术研究

摘要 传统的对刀技术存在局限性,对刀时误差较大,且仍需要人工修正,为此,提出基于宏程序的对刀仪自动对刀技术研究。设计宏程序对刀仪基础的机器视觉自动对刀技术,在使用自动对刀设备组成硬件框架的基础上,添加机器视觉对刀控制,并处理获取的工件图像,精准工件对刀的起始点,设计宏程序指令,控制自动对刀。同时,使用对刀仪监测自动对刀信号,补偿对刀误差,实现自动对刀。最后,通过实验论证,验证了设计的基于宏程序的自动对刀技术的有效性,对比传统的对刀技术,该技术能够实现自动对刀,减少对刀误差量,对刀精度有很大提高。 The traditional tool setting technology has limitations,the error is large during tool setting,and manual correction is still required.For this reason,a research on the automatic tool setting technology of the tool setting instrument based on the macro program is proposed.The machine vision automatic tool setting technology based on the macro program tool setting instrument is designed.On the basis of using the automatic tool setting equipment to form the hardware frame,the machine vision tool setting control is added,and the acquired workpiece image is processed,and the starting point of the workpiece tool setting is accurate.Design macro program instructions to control automatic tool setting.At the same time,use the tool setting instrument to monitor the automatic tool setting signal,compensate the tool setting error,and realize the automatic tool setting.Finally,through the experimental demonstration,the effectiveness of the designed automatic tool setting technology based on macro program is verified.Compared with the traditional tool setting technology,this technology can realize automatic tool setting,reduce the tool setting error,and greatly improve the tool setting accuracy.
