盐酸作用下红砂岩的物理力学特性及强度预测模型

摘要 为了研究盐酸作用下红砂岩物理、力学特性和强度预测模型,通过X衍射试验和单轴压缩试验,分析了盐酸作用后的红砂岩矿物质成分、单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比、破坏形态和损伤变量的变化规律,建立了盐酸作用下红砂岩强度预测模型。研究表明:随着盐酸作用时间增加,红砂岩中伊利石、钠长石和钾长石矿物质量分数逐渐降低,其中伊利石降低最为明显;与盐酸作用前相比,盐酸作用时间为14、21、28 d时,红砂岩单轴抗压强度、弹性模量分别降低了13.90%、23.31%、39.94%和10.04%、21.73%、39.39%,泊松比分别增加了6.17%、19.38%和24.67%,单轴压缩试件破碎程度加剧;以红砂岩的峰值强度的损失率为基础,推导了盐酸作用下红砂岩强度的预测模型,以弹性模量、损伤变量为桥梁,拟合了损伤变量和强度的关系,验证了红砂岩强度预测模型的合理性。 This paper is an attempt to study the physical and mechanical properties and the strength prediction model of red sandstone under the action of hydrochloric acid.The study involves analyzing the changing laws behind red sandstone including mineral composition,uniaxial compressive strength,elastic modulus,Poisson′s ratio,damage mode and damage variable with hydrochloric acid action by means of X-ray diffraction test and uniaxial compression test,and establishing the strength prediction model of red sandstone.The results show that the mineral content of illite,albite and potassium feldspar in red sandstone decreases gradually with the increase of hydrochloric acid action time,and the content of illite decreases most obviously;compared with the condition before hydrochloric acid treatment,as the hydrochloric acid treatment time is 14,21 and 28 days,the uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of the red sandstone decrease by 13.90%,23.31%,39.94%and 10.04%,21.73%,39.39%,respectively,and Poisson′s ratio increases by 6.17%,19.38%and 24.67%,respectively,the crushing degree of uniaxial compression specimen intensifies;based on the loss rate of peak strength of red sandstone,the strength prediction model of red sandstone under the action of hydrochloric acid is deduced,taking elastic modulus and damage variables as bridges,the connection between damage variables and strength is fitted,which verifies the rationality of the strength prediction model of red sandstone.
