摘要
乡村振兴战略既是拉动乡村经济发展的现实动力,也是守好乡村文化之根、传承好中华优秀传统文化的方向归引。自古以来,乡贤作为乡村中“智慧”与“能力”的优秀群体,他们在责任定位上带有“文化传承”和“时代发展”的双重含义。文章通过对乡贤文化的梳理,分析阐述其在乡村振兴中的作用,总结乡贤文化的价值与实现路径,即强化“乡愁”的情感吸引和优化乡村治理组织结构,以期对乡村振兴事业的发展提供参考。
The rural revitalization strategy is not only the realistic driving force for rural economic development,but also the direction of maintaining the roots of rural culture and inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture.Since ancient times,rural sages,as an excellent group of"wisdom"and"ability"in the countryside,have the dual meanings of"cultural inheritance"and"development of the times"in their responsibility positioning.This paper analyzes and expounds its role in rural revitalization by sorting out the rural sage culture and summarizes the value and realization path of the rural sage culture,that is,strengthening the emotional attraction of"nostalgia"and optimizing the organizational structure of rural governance,in order to promote the development of rural revitalization for reference.
