摘要
目的:研究温阳补气贴在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期肺肾气阳不足证中的应用。方法:选取2018年7月1日-9月30日南京中医药大学淮安附属医院门诊收治的60例COPD稳定期肺肾气阳不足证患者。随机将其划分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组给予本院肺病科自制温阳补气贴,对照组给予噻托溴铵。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后急性加重次数、CAT评分、mMRC评分、肺功能指标及6分钟步行试验。结果:两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组急性加重次数、CAT评分、FEV%pred、FEV/FVC比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组mMRC评分低于对照组,6分钟步行距离长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳补气贴治疗COPD稳定期肺肾气阳不足证效果明显,可降低mMRC评分,提高6分钟步行距离。
Objective:To study the application of Wenyang Buqi Paste in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of lung and kidney Qi Yang deficiency syndrome.Method:From July 1st to September 30th,2018,60 patients with COPD stable stage of lung and kidney Qi Yang deficiency syndrome were selected from the Outpatient Department of Huai’an Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases).The treatment group was given Wenyang Buqi Paste made by the Pulmonary Disease Department of our hospital,and the control group was given Tiotropium Bromide.The clinical efficacy,acute exacerbation times,CAT score,mMRC score,pulmonary function indexes and six minute walking test before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in the acute exacerbation times,CAT score,FEV%pred,FEV/FVC between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the mMRC score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the six minute walking distance was longer than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Buqi Paste has obvious effect in the treatment of COPD stable stage of lung and kidney Qi Yang deficiency syndrome,which can reduce the score of mMRC and increase the six minute walking distance.
