摘要
子宫内膜癌又称子宫体癌,是发生于子宫内膜的一组上皮性恶性肿瘤,以起源于子宫体的腺癌最常见。子宫内膜癌是女性生殖道三大恶性肿瘤之一,好发于更年期和绝经期妇女。多数子宫内膜癌在早期得以诊断,手术治疗为首选治疗方式。越来越多的妇科医生开始重视腹腔镜手术对子宫内膜癌治疗和预后的影响。早期子宫内膜癌腹腔镜手术中持镜和举宫器的正确应用可以减少手术难度、缩短手术时间,防止医源性肿瘤播散及临近脏器损伤。结合本院早期子宫内膜癌腹腔镜手术的经验,总结持镜与举宫技巧。
Endometrial cancer,also known as uterine body cancer,is a group of epithelial malignant tumors occurring in the endometrium.Adenocarcinoma originating from the uterine body is the most common one.It is one of the three major malignant tumors of the female reproductive tract,and tends to occur in menopausal women.Most endometrial cancers are diagnosed at an early stage and surgical treatment is the preferred treatment.More and more gynecologists begin to reexamine the impact of laparoscopic surgery on the treatment and prognosis of endometrium carcinoma.In laparoscopic surgery of early stage endometrial cancer,the correct application of laparoscope and uterus-lifed equipment can reduce the operation difficulty,shorten the operation time,prevent iatrogenic tumor dissemination and injury to adjacent organs.Combined with early endometrial cancer laparoscopic surgery experience in our hospital,the skills of laparoscope and uterus-lifed equipment during operation were summarized.
