摘要
农村生态文明法治建设是法治中国建设的重要组成部分,也是乡村振兴战略实施的关键环节,为平衡我国农村经济发展和农村生态保护提供重要保障。在习近平法治思想的指导下,笔者系统地分析了进行农村生态文明法制建设的重要价值和意义,并结合当前我国农村生态文明法治建设中面临的多种困境提出了相应的破解对策。以期为农村法治体系的完善提供参考,并进一步助力乡村振兴战略发展。
The construction of rural ecological civilization rule of law is an important composition of the construction of the rule of law in China,and it is also a key link for the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.It provides important guarantees for balanced my country’s rural economic development and ecological protection.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought of rule of law,the author systematically analyzes the important value and significance of the legal system construction of rural ecological civilization,and proposes corresponding solutions based on various dilemmas faced by the construction of rural ecological civilization rule of law in China.Provide reference for improving the rural rule of law system and further promote the development of the rural revitalization strategy.
