摘要
基于绿色经济视角,通过建立城乡绿色产业融合分析框架,采用“要素协同—过程协同—结果协同”三阶段因果链研究范式,系统构建了城乡绿色农业产业链协同发展的理论模型,对城乡绿色农业产业链协同发展的形成机理进行解析。研究结果表明:创新要素双向自由流动是外部创新环境影响城乡绿色农业产业链协同发展的桥梁和中介变量,外部创新环境不能直接实现城乡绿色农业产业链的协同发展,但可以推动创新要素双向自由流动,进而实现城乡绿色农业产业链的协同发展。研究还发现,随着人们生活水平的日益提高,城市居民对绿色农产品的需求数量呈现出递增态势,由于市场经济对资源配置发挥着决定性作用,在乡村振兴战略的推动下,城乡绿色农业产业蓬勃发展,这在很大程度上促进了城市的知识、技术、人才、成果、资金、信息、市场、管理、种子、农业机械、农用肥料、公共服务等创新要素进入乡村,实现城乡三次产业的融合发展。
In the process of agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization,how to adjust the inter⁃ests of urban and rural areas,break the isolation and division between urban and rural agriculture-related indus⁃tries,and realize the collaborative development of urban and rural green agricultural industrial chain by way of“ur⁃ban areas promote rural areas,and industry subsidizes agriculture”is an important realistic issue that the rural in⁃dustry revitalization of China faces at present.Based on the perspective of green economy,this paper establishes an analytical framework for the integration of urban and rural green industries,and adopts a three-stage causality chain paradigm of“factor collaboration-process collaboration-result collaboration”to systematically construct the theoretical model of the collaborative development of urban and rural green agricultural industrial chain,and ana⁃lyze the forming mechanism of the collaborative development of urban and rural green agricultural industrial chain.The results show that:The two-way free flow of innovation elements is the bridge and intermediary variable for the collaborative development of urban-rural green agricultural industrial chain under the influence of external innova⁃tion environment;the external innovation environment can not directly realize the collaborative development of ur⁃ban and rural green agricultural industry chain,but it can promote the two-way free flow of innovation elements,and then realize the collaborative development of urban and rural green agricultural industry chain.The study also finds that:With the increasing improvement of people’s living standards,the number of urban residents’demand for green agricultural products shows a progressively increasing trend;as the market economy plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources,it will inevitably lead to the vigorous development of green agriculture in urban and rural areas under the promotion by the rural revitalization strategy,which,to a large ext
