摘要
目的:探讨儿童互助联合医护一体化护理对肱骨髁上骨折患儿关节功能恢复、依从性及并发症的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年10月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的肱骨髁上骨折患儿72例,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用儿童互助联合医护一体化护理,比较两组关节恢复情况、依从性与并发症发生情况。结果:干预后,观察组关节屈曲、伸直、旋前与旋后关节活动范围(ROM)均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组肘关节Mayo功能评分中的肿胀、疼痛、生活自理能力与关节活动范围评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:儿童互助联合医护一体化护理可促进肱骨髁上骨折患儿关节功能恢复,提高患儿的治疗依从性,并减少并发症发生。
Objective:To explore the effect of children’s mutual aid combined with integrated nursing care on the recovery,joint function compliance and complications of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus.Method:A total of 72 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases each.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group added children’s mutual aid combined with integrated medical care on the basis of the control group.The joint recovery,compliance and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention,the joint range of motion (ROM) of joint flexion,extension,pronation and supination in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).After intervention,the swelling,pain,self-care ability and range of joint motion scores of the Mayo function score of elbow joint in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Children’s mutual aid combined with integrated medical care can promote the recovery of joint function,improve the treatment compliance and reduce the incidence of complications in children with supracondylar fracture of humerus.
