摘要
为有效评价国省干线公路建设水平,文章对干线公路设计阶段展开研究,构建了评价体系并采用层次分析法确立权重及模糊综合评价法进行评级,同时利用构建的评价体系对已开展项目进行评价。研究结果表明,文章构建的评价体系能够比较直观地评价绿色公路建设水平,为领导决策提供依据和技术支撑。
In order to effectively evaluate the construction level of national and provincial trunk highways,this paper studies the design stage of trunk highways,constructs an evaluation system and uses analytic hierarchy process to establish weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for rating.At the same time,it uses the constructed evaluation system to evaluate the conducted projects.The research results show that the evaluation system constructed in this paper can intuitively evaluate the level of green highway construction,and provide the basis and technical support for leaders to make decisions.
