摘要
目前,我国建筑行业在发展的过程中引进了诸多先进的施工技术与设备,并且对原有施工技术进行了全面优化,大幅度提升了施工质量。要想保证建筑物良好的使用性能,就必须加强施工阶段的质量控制,这也是促进建筑行业健康稳定发展的关键。对此,文章以某装配式建筑工程项目为例,探讨了施工质量控制要求,并提出了具体的质量控制措施。通过采取一系列的控制措施,以实现整体施工质量的提升,为建筑物的投入使用奠定良好基础。
At present,China’s construction industry has introduced many advanced construction technologies and equipment in the process of development,and comprehensively optimized the original construction technology,greatly improving the construction quality.In order to ensure the good use performance of buildings,it is necessary to strengthen the quality control during the construction stage,which is also the key to promoting the healthy and stable development of the construction industry.In this regard,taking a prefabricated construction project as an example,this paper discusses the construction quality control requirements,and puts forward specific quality control measures.A series of control measures are taken to improve the overall construction quality and lay a good foundation for buildings to be put into use.
