福州市社区居民膳食模式与糖尿病患病相关性研究 被引量:1

Study on the correlation between dietary patterns and diabetes prevalence of community residents in Fuzhou

摘要 目的 探讨福州市社区居民不同膳食模式与糖尿病患病的相关性,为进一步开展膳食干预提供科学依据。方法 于2017—2019年,采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,选取福州地区3个县(市或区)年龄≥18岁的常住居民2 712人为研究对象,进行个人基本信息及膳食问卷调查、体格检查和血糖检测。利用因子分析法建立膳食模式,回归法计算因子得分,得分越高越倾向于此膳食模式,依据因子得分四分位数,由低到高分为Q、Q、Q、Q4组。采用SPSS 20.0软件进行χ^(2)检验和方差分析,采用多因素logistic回归法分析膳食模式与糖尿病患病风险的关系。结果 经因子分析提取出3种膳食模式分别为果蔬水产模式、肉快餐饮品模式、主食豆蛋模式。福州市社区居民糖尿病标化患病率为11.98%,果蔬水产模式和肉快餐饮品模式Q~Q组的糖尿病患病率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),主食豆蛋模式Q~Q组糖尿病患病率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,果蔬水产模式(OR=0.615,95%CI:0.407~0.929)与糖尿病患病呈负相关,肉快餐饮品模式(OR=1.811,95%CI:1.188~2.760)与糖尿病患病呈正相关,均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),主食豆蛋模式与糖尿病患病的相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 福州市社区居民主要有3种膳食模式,社区居民的饮食行为会受人口学特征影响。膳食模式与糖尿病密切关系,果蔬水产模式值得推荐。 Objective To explore the correlation between different dietary patterns and diabetes in community residents of Fuzhou,and provide the scientific basis for further development of dietary intervention.Methods From 2017 to 2019,the multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to select 2 712 permanent residents(≥18 years old) from 3 counties (cities or districts) in Fuzhou as the subjects.The investigation was performed with questionnaires (basic personal information and dietary information),physical examination and blood glucose testing.The factor analysis method was used to establish the dietary models,the regression method was used to calculate the factor scores.The higher the score was,the more inclined to this dietary pattern was.According to the factor score quartiles,from low score to high score,the subjects were divided into groups Q,Q,Qand Qgroups.The chisquare test and analysis of variance were used to analyze the data,the multivariate logistic regression method was used to analyze the relationship between the dietary models and diabetes risk.Results Three dietary patterns were extracted by factor analysis:the fruit,vegetable and aquatic product model,the meat,snacks and drinks model and the eggs,beans,staple model.The standardized morbidity of diabetes among residents in Fuzhou was 11.98%.There were significant difference of diabetes morbidity among Q-Qgroups in the fruit,vegetable and aquatic product model and the meat,snacks and drinks model (P<0.01);there was no significant difference of diabetes morbidity among Q-Qgroups in the eggs,beans staple model (P>0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that,the fruit,vegetable and aquatic product model was negatively correlated with diabetes morbidity (OR=0.615,95%CI:0.407-0.929,P<0.05),but the meat,snacks and drinks model was positively correlated with diabetes (OR=1.811,95%CI:1.188-2.760,P<0.01).The eggs,beans,staple mode was not correlated with diabetes (P>0.05).Conclusion There are three main dietary models for community residents i
