摘要
目的:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法快速测定生活饮用水中铝(Al)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)和硒(Se)这9种金属元素含量的方法。方法:饮用水样经2%硝酸酸化后过滤上机用ICP-OES法进行分析,试验过程确定了最优测量参数,使用标准曲线外标法定量。结果:该方法检出限为0.066~2.580μg·L^(-1),测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.41%~3.04%,样品加标回收率为85.30%~105.62%,采集分析了周边6处饮用水样,测定结果均符合标准规定。结论:ICP-OES法操作简单快捷、结果准确可靠、成本低,适用于饮用水中9种金属元素的快速测定。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous detection of 9 elements, including aluminum(Al),copper(Cu), iron(Fe), manganese(Mn), zinc(Zn), arsenic(As), cadmium(Cd), lead(Pb) and selenium(Se) in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES). Method: The sample was acidified and filtered,then analyzed by ICP-OES method. Determined the optimum measurement conditions by multiple tests and quantified by external standard method of quantification. Result: The detection limit of the method was 0.066~2.580 μg·L^(-1), the relative standard deviations(RSD) of the determination result was 0.41%~3.04% and the recovery rates of standard addition were 85.30%~105.62%. The drinking water samples in six surrounding places were sampled and analyzed, the test results were able to meet the standard requirements. Conclusion: There exist some advantages with simple operation, fast analysis speed,reliable result and low cost for ICP-OES method. It is suitable for rapid detection of 9 metal elements in drinking water.
