摘要
以SBS和改性剂YY-X1复配制备弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,考察了制样方式、YY-X1添加量以及SBS/YY-X1复配比例等对卷材接缝剥离强度的影响。结果表明,电炉加热分组制样与采用GB/T 328.20—2007规定的大块儿制样对接缝剥离强度试验结果基本无影响;单独采用YY-X1改性剂时,随着其添加量的增加,接缝剥离强度增大,但其添加量应控制在20%以下;采用SBS和改性剂YY-X1复配时,当SBS添加量为3.5%、YY-X1为16%时,接缝剥离强度最佳。
Elastomer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane is prepared by compounding SBS and modifier YY-X1,and the effects of sample preparation method,YY-X1 addition amount and SBS/YY-X1 compounding ratio on the joint peeling strength of membrane are investigated.The results show that group sample preparation by electric furnace heating and bulk sample preparation specified in GB/T 328.20—2007 have no effect on the joint peeling strength test results;when YY-X1 modifier is used alone,the peeling strength of the joint increases with the increase of its addition,but the addition should be controlled below 20%;while SBS and modifier YY-X1 are compounded,and the amount of SBS is 3.5%and YY-X1 is 16%,the peeling strength of the joint is the best.
