摘要
目的调查分化型甲状腺癌^(131)Ⅰ隔离治疗患者癌症进展恐惧水平并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,于2020年11月-2021年12月在南宁市某三级甲等医院选取172例分化型甲状腺癌^(131)Ⅰ隔离治疗患者作为研究对象,应用一般资料调查表、心理痛苦温度计、领悟社会支持问卷和癌症进展恐惧量表对其进行调查。结果分化型甲状腺癌^(131)Ⅰ隔离治疗患者癌症进展恐惧总分为(41.42±10.59)分,其中73.25%的患者存在具有临床意义的疾病进展恐惧。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、^(131)Ⅰ治疗次数、心理痛苦、社会支持是分化型甲状腺癌^(131)Ⅰ隔离治疗患者癌症进展恐惧的独立影响因素(F=26.870,P<0.001),可解释总变异的57.7%。结论分化型甲状腺癌^(131)Ⅰ隔离治疗患者癌症进展恐惧水平较高,应早期筛查患者癌症进展恐惧水平,针对危险因素及照护需求制定个性化护理计划与干预策略,以减轻患者癌症进展恐惧困扰,改善其治疗后生存质量。
Objective To investigate the level of fear of progression(FoP)among patients with differentiated thyroid cancer treated with^(131)Ⅰ isolation and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,172 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer treated with^(131)Ⅰ isolation in a grade-A class-3 hospital in Nanning between November 2020 and December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were investigated FoP using a general information questionnaire,distress thermometer,perceived social support scale and fear of progression scale.Results The FoP total score was 41.42±10.59.Among all the patients,73.25%had FoP with clinical significance.According to the multiple linear regression analysis,age,times of^(131)Ⅰ treatment,psychological distress and social support were the influencing factors of FoP(F=26.870,P<0.001),which could explain 57.7%of the total variation.Conclusion Patients with differentiated thyroid cancer and treated with^(131)Ⅰ isolation are of high FoP level.Early screening should be conducted,and personalized nursing plans and intervention strategies should be formulated to relieve it and improve their life quality.
