摘要
随着我国建筑工程行业规模的不断扩大,绿色建筑所提倡的节能、环保、生态、健康等理念引起了人们的重点关注。绿色建筑需要参建单位在建筑项目设计、施工及使用阶段加强对资源、环境的重视,减少生态污染,实现建筑、环境的相互融合。其中,绿色监理作为建筑项目施工的重要构成,是在传统工程监理中融入绿色化理念,在“四节一环保”模式下加强环境保护和资源节约。对此,文章就绿色监理评价体系及可持续发展展开研究,首先介绍了绿色监理的内涵,然后对绿色监理评价体系的构建及可持续性实施进行了深入分析,以便为绿色监理的推广提供参考。
With the continuous expansion of China’s construction engineering industry, the concepts of energy saving, environmental protection, ecology and health advocated by green buildings have attracted people’s attention. Green building requires participating units to pay more attention to resources and environment in the design, construction and use stages of building projects, reduce ecological pollution and realize the integration of the building and environment.Among them, green supervision, as an important component of building project construction, is to integrate green concept into traditional engineering supervision and strengthen environmental protection and resource conservation under the mode of "four sections and one environmental protection". In this regard, this paper studies the green supervision evaluation system and sustainable development. Firstly, the connotation of green supervision is introduced. Then, the construction and sustainable implementation of the green supervision evaluation system are analyzed in depth, so as to provide references for the promotion of green supervision.
