摘要
南龙铁路闽江特大桥20#桥台处于高空陡壁边坡上,桥隧相连,承台基坑开挖深度达15 m,施工难度大、安全风险高,工程施工必须确保边坡稳定、隧道结构安全以及下方市政道路交通安全。文章以该工程为例,阐述了高陡边坡桥隧相连桥台施工的关键技术,主要包括深基坑及隧道防护、基坑开挖、桩基及承台的施工方法、安全技术措施及控制要点,可为类似工程施工提供参考。
The 20# abutment of Minjiang Extra-large River Bridge on Nanlong Railway is located on the high and steep slope. The bridge and tunnel are connected. The excavation depth of the foundation pit of the platform is 15 m. The construction is difficult and the safety risk is high. The construction must ensure the slope stability, the tunnel structure safety and the traffic safety of the municipal road below.Taking this project as an example, this paper expounds the key technologies of bridge-tunnel connection abutment construction on high and steep slope, mainly including deep foundation pit and tunnel protection, foundation pit excavation, construction method of pile foundation and abutment,safety technical measures and control points, which can provide references for similar projects.
