摘要
文章主要研究城乡规划与土地管理的相关性,并结合城乡规划和土地管理现状,针对存在的问题进行了分析,提出了几点有效的解决对策。通过分析发现,利用明确土地使用标准、完善管理体制、合理规划建设空间、因地制宜地开展规划设计等措施,能够提升土地管理水平,保证城乡规划和土地管理的协调性。协调好城乡规划和土地管理的关系能够有效缓解土地资源紧缺现状,提高土地开发水平,更好地进行城乡发展规划。
This paper mainly studies the correlation between urban and rural planning and land management, analyzes the existing problems combined with the current status of urban and rural planning and land management, and puts forward some effective countermeasures. Through the analysis, it is found that measures such as clarifying land use standards, improving the management system, rationally planning construction space, and carrying out planning and design according to local conditions can improve the level of land management and ensure the coordination of urban and rural planning and land management. Coordinating the relationship between urban and rural planning and land management can effectively alleviate the shortage of land resources,improve the level of land development, and better carry out urban and rural development planning.
