摘要
特大型圆锥、圆柱滚子原修形形状为中间直素线+两端斜坡修形。由于直素线和两端斜坡直线相交处存在应力集中,易产生剥落,因此通过有限元分析设计了滚动面对数曲线凸型,可以有效减小接触应力带来的应力集中现象,但对数曲线凸度滚子设计给磨加工带来一大难题。现采用数控高精度滚子外圆磨床3MZ1313A加工,根据对数方程通过CAD软件生成对数曲线直接导入加工设备,通过CAM模式转换成修形程序直接实现砂轮对数修形,可以精确满足滚动面对数修形轮廓及凸度要求。
The original profiling shape for extra large size cylindrical and tapered rollers is profiling of slopes at both ends and straight generatrix in the middle.The stress is concentrated at an intersection between straight generatrix and straight line of slopes at both ends,which easily causes spalling.Therefore,the convex shape of rolling face curve is designed by finite element analysis,which can effectively reduce the stress concentration caused by contact stress.However,logarithmic curve convex roller design brings a big problem to grinding process.Now,CNC high precision roller cylindrical grinding machine 3MZ1313A is used for processing.According to logarithmic equation,logarithmic curve is generated by CAD software and directly imported into the processing equipment.It can accurately meet the requirements of rolling face modification profile and crown.
